Anna is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher and continues to grow her love of practicing yoga with functional training. Come find your breath and join us in a boutique, small group yoga setting. Classes include breath-work, essential oils, thoughtful sequencing, and meditation.

Foundational Flow

Mondays 6-7 pm

Foundational Flow: Build awareness and heat as we link movement and breath in a mindful vinyasa class. We find intention and strength through your physical practice with sun salutations,  standing postures, seated postures, and end in savasana (final relaxation pose). Open to all levels, but some experience is recommended.

Yin Yoga

Thursdays 7-8 pm

Yin Yoga: Find your breath and hold postures for minutes (often 3-5) as you center your intention and practice a slow-moving meditation. In yin, the joints and connective tissues are nourished through stillness in different poses, allowing gravity to have the body and the breath to stay long to find deeper balance and calm in the body and mind. Spend most of the class on the floor, and use props for supporting your body to an appropriate edge in each posture and breathing into it. Open to all levels, no experience required.

Invest in your own practice in a private setting with one-on-one attention on your mat.  All ages and ability levels are welcomed and encouraged.


1 Private Yoga Hour: $70

Receive a custom sequence that is created with your goals and limitations in mind to empower you in your practice.  Invest in the Booster Package if you’re looking to strengthen a particular area of your practice or want to build a home practice for yourself. Included in the booster package is a custom 60-minute sequence and 3 private yoga hours.

Sign up and Class Reqs

  • Please sign up via mindbodyonline. Spots are limited to maintain an intimate setting - sign up early!
  • Bring your yoga mat or rent one ($3) from the studio and a water bottle. Feel free to fill up with filtered water once you arrive.
  • Please arrive 5 minutes early to give yourself time to settle in.
  • For first time clients of UFS, please arrive 15 minutes early to sign up, and go over any pertinent health information. Email if you have any questions

Bridget Hayes

Position: 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher and Certified TRX Instructor
Hometown: Washington, Indiana

Bridget is an innate mover and Indiana native, born in Washington, IN, and bleeds crimson for our IU basketball program. When she’s not cheering on the Hoosiers, she is immersed in teaching yoga for others, building her own home practice, or perhaps practicing yoga and gymnastics with her daughter. 

Bridget has always had a huge interest in athletics and grew up playing an array sports. After dedicating years to running long distance she knew her body needed a form of recovery and that’s when she found yoga. The first few years of her practice revolved around Ashtanga and its athletic practice but soon morphed into a vinyasa flow. Bridget completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training at Vibe Yoga Studio in 2015.

Her alignment based teachings come from her love of human anatomy and proper movement of the body. She loves to add functional movement exercises into her classes as well as her sense of humor. She will leave you with a smile upon your face as you drift away into savasana. She has deepened her love for movement and anatomy with her certification as a TRX instructor.  

Join her Sunday mornings to build strength using your own body weight and suspension or Saturday mornings to soak in a “Slow Flow” yoga class. Bridgets classe's are open to all-levels, her warmth and depth of knowledge will welcome you to whatever class you choose to take with her.
